We collect information from you if you register on the site, place an order, leave a testimonial or complete a contact form to communicate with us using email.

When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. The following is a list of what we collect and why.

1. WordPress

Our website is operated using the popular WordPress platform and WooCommerce e-commerce plugin.

2. Registering on Site

By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. We collect this information because you have shown a legitimate interest in our website and the products that we offer.This enables us to personalize your site experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested. In addition it  allows us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests and to  quickly process your transactions.

3. Placing an Order

We collect your name, address, email and unique order identifier enable us to fulfil your order.

4. Making a Comment

When visitors leave comments on our site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitors IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymising string created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here;

Following approval of your comment your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

5. Using a Contact Form

We collect name and email addresses for customer service purposes if you complete a contact form. We do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

Like many websites, we use “cookies” to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. They will collect your name, email, address, phone, city/county/post code. unique payment identifier and payment provider identifier. By design, our customer’s credit card number and card security code are never stored on our website. How long we retain your data

Registered Users

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username) Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Customer Purchase Records

We retain these records for accounting purposes for a period of 7 years

Contact Forms

We retain the records for customer service purpose for a maximum period of 7 years
